In the eerie woods of Camp Crystal Lake, a chilling tragedy looms. One year  ago, a young boy named Jason, with a deformed face and a heart longing for acceptance, tragically drowned in the murky waters of the lake while the careless camp counselors were preoccupied with their own amusement. 

 

And now, as the moon casts an ominous glow upon the deserted camp, you arrive as a group of brave souls, the new camp counselors, for Summer Camp 1981. The camp director has suggested you stay in this condemned cabin on the property, after all, it’s only for tonight. The director forgot to give you the key to the door. You were unaware of the mystery and thrill surrounding the place, but are getting ready to experience the horrific scenes that have lead to the disappearance of the last group.
